Below you will find a variety of our restorative dentistry options. Our dental team can help you achieve the results you want with the specific dental treatment plan you need. Contact our Peabody, MA office if you have any questions or concerns.
Dental Implant Services
Our dental implants can offer you a reliable, aesthetically pleasing tooth replacement option. These prosthetic tooth roots are placed directly into your gum and create a permanent foundation for the restoration of your choice. We offer all kinds of implants — mini dental implants, traditional implants, All-on-X® Dental Implants, also known as Same Day Teeth®, and implant-secured dentures. With dental implants, you can regain almost 100 percent of your natural chewing power!
However, dental implants are not for everyone. If you have badly deteriorated jawbone tissue or other substantial oral health problems, you may not be eligible for dental implant placement. Talk to one of our doctors to find out if dental implants are right for you. If you aren’t a candidate for dental implants, you can learn more about our other tooth replacement options.
Dental Crowns and Bridges
We offer dental crowns to repair decayed, injured, or otherwise badly damaged teeth. The crown is designed to replace the outside surface of the tooth, restoring the tooth’s structural integrity. We design our dental crowns to look and feel natural in your mouth, so no one will be able to tell the difference! We also offer dental bridges, made of three or more crowns and used to completely replace missing teeth. Learn more about dental crowns and dental bridges by visiting our Peabody, MA dental office.
Inlays, Onlays, and Dental Veneers
Do you have a smaller imperfection that is not extensive enough to require a full dental crown? We offer inlays, onlays, and dental veneers — all designed to be able to repair minor damage to a tooth. If you are suffering from a small crack, deepened crevices on the biting surface, small areas of decay on any surface of the tooth, or any other relatively minor restorative issue, one of these options might be right for you.
Root Canal Therapy
Do you have a toothache? Your pain may be the sign of infection. We can eliminate the infection and alleviate your pain with our root canal therapy. This dental procedure is painless and can actually help to prevent future problems.
Tooth Colored-Dental Fillings
For our most minor areas of decay (cavities), we use a metal-free composite resin material to correct the damage. We flow the resin in, shape it to fit the cavity, harden it off, and polish it up to create a beautiful restoration that will blend in with the rest of your teeth. While these tooth fillings are designed to be highly cosmetic, they are also long-lasting and will give your tooth the support it needs.
We can combine any of the solutions above to create a full-mouth reconstruction option for you! Please talk to Dr. John Argeros or Dr. Donald Plourde to determine which of these dental options are right for you.
Dr. John Argeros holds a Mastership at International Congress of Oral Implantology, he is also a member of American Academy of Implant Dentistry and Academy of Osseointegration, his education and the organizations he is involved with made him a professional in dentistry and dental implants.
