Dental Veneers Will Give You a Gleaming White Smile

Take a minute to think about your favorite celebrity. You probably pictured him or her in designer clothes and shoes, with a gleaming white smile and perfect teeth. While we can’t help you with the clothes or shoes, there’s no reason you can’t have a smile that’s as gorgeous as theirs is.

As part of our cosmetic dentistry offerings, dental veneers are a fantastic pathway to a more beautiful smile. How do you think that celebrity achieved such a gorgeous grin? Most likely, it’s not natural. Veneers and other cosmetic dentistry services have long been a staple of the Hollywood elite. And you can use their secret for your own benefit!

Dental Veneers Could Be Your Ticket to a Beautiful Smile

Dental veneers are thin shells of material, usually crafted from high-grade porcelain or ceramic. Your dentist here at Contemporary Dentistry & Implantology will bond veneers into place on the front side of damaged or flawed teeth. Veneers make quick work of a number of smile flaws, including chips, cracks, stains, pits, small gaps, worn teeth, and misshapen teeth. Once they are situated on your teeth, you’ll enjoy a beautiful smile that will rival that of any found on the red carpet!

If you’re sick and tired of living with a less-than-perfect smile, then veneers may be just what you’ve been looking for. With veneers, you could have a beautiful smile in only two visits. During your first visit, your dentist will prepare your teeth for the veneers, if necessary. They may remove a small amount of tooth enamel to make room for your new restorations. Some veneers are so thin that tooth preparation is not necessary.

Then, we’ll take impressions of your teeth that will be sent to our lab partner that will fabricate your new veneers. Once they arrive back at our office, you’ll return and have them cemented into place. Your dentist will make any final adjustments or corrections to the veneers to ensure they fit perfectly and give you just the look you’ve been waiting for. You’ll leave our office with a beautiful smile and ready to face the world.

Our Other Cosmetic Services Will Complement Your Veneers

You may want to explore some of our other cosmetic dentistry treatments to go along with your new veneers. We often recommend to our patients that they use teeth whitening before they get their veneers, so they can whiten their teeth to their desired shade and match their veneers to it. The reason for whitening before veneers is because whitening has no effect on veneers; you have to match the veneers to your new tooth shade instead. You’ll end up with a perfect smile that’s gleaming white.

Tooth bonding is another great service that many of our patients take advantage of. Your dentist will use sturdy composite resin (the same material our white fillings are made from) to repair minor teeth flaws and give you a better looking smile. Bonding and veneers will both correct some of the same types of flaws, although veneers are a more lasting approach to the repair.

If you’re ready for a gleaming white smile like that of your favorite celebrity, call us today at 978-278-1760 for an appointment. You can also request an appointment time online.

Dear Patients:

We are so very excited to announce that we are once again able to provide dental services for you, our valuable patients. Contemporary Dentistry & Implantology will reopen on May 18, 2020.

While things are certainly not “business as usual,” we wanted to let you know we are here for you in our clean, comfortable, and safe environment. Our standards are well “above and beyond” what the American Dental Association and Centers for Disease Control recommend. We love what we do and the people we do it for. We are always here for you.

This high level of service is just one of the many ways that we are supporting our community, and it is included in the excellent work that we do…we go through a comprehensive disinfection after every patient is cared for.

Dr. John Argeros, Dr. Donald Plourde and all team members here at Contemporary Dentistry & Implantology will continue to go above and beyond for our patients…it is second nature. For this and many other reasons, many of our patients have trusted their care with us for years.

We very much look forward to seeing you, your family, and your friends very soon.

Sincerely,
Dr. John Argeros, Dr. Donald Plourde
